A Letter From Our Founder

Dear Napa Valley,

Elite Sports Pavilion started with a simple question:

Why don’t athletes in our own backyard have access to elite indoor training?

Too often, local athletes travel for hours—or go without—just to find space to train, equipment to grow, and coaching to push them forward. That shouldn’t be the norm. So I decided to change it.

From that moment, the vision was clear: create a space where athletes of all levels can grow, grind, and connect. A space built not just for performance, but for belonging. A space that reflects the heart, hustle, and spirit of our community.

We’re still early in the journey. The location is in progress, and we’re working closely with the city to bring ESP to life. Construction hasn’t begun yet, but the movement is already in motion.

Elite Sports Pavilion will be Napa Valley’s premier indoor athletic training destination, purpose-built for baseball, softball, soccer, football, and more. With high-tech equipment, adaptable turf space, and a rotating lineup of seasonal clinics and camps, ESP is designed to complement—not compete with—the incredible coaches and teams already serving our athletes.

I’m Tasha Reasor—builder, operator, and lifelong sports advocate. I’ve spent my career leading strategy, building brands, and scaling high-growth ventures. I thought I knew what purpose felt like—until this. This one’s different. This one’s personal.

“ I can accept failure, everyone fails at something. But I can’t accept not trying.” - Michael Jordan

If you believe in what sports can teach, unlock, and build—not just in athletes, but in all of us—I invite you to join us.

Train Elite. Play Fearless.
